Andre Ward figured out Kovalev and had him tired. THEN Ward lands the best right hand on Kovalev like no one has before. There is zero chance Kovalev (even if he gets a breather for the low blow) gathers himself to win that fight. Kovalev was finished mentally and physically and Ward would’ve battered him mercilessly.

The early stoppage hurt Andre Ward more than Kovalev. The fight was decided long before the 8th round, as Ward had been unleashing his versatile left hand all over Kovalev’s head and body, something that didn’t happen in their first fight.

Guy spent 41 years in prison. All because some assholes made a series of enormously irresponsible decisions to put someone behind bars without solid proof.
