I usually just refresh the "Recent" or "What's On Tonight" archive pages when it's supposed to go up. Sometimes I'll go to the previous day's WOT page and at the bottom see if the "Next" tab has been updated to have the new one.

Word is, the bill isn't actually dead until they move on from health care to tax reform. Since tax reform requires a different reconciliation bill, they'd have to stop using the one they're using for health care.

If you're in Washington state, there might be an election in your area. Whatcom County has a city council race and I think the primary ballots are due for Seattle's Mayoral race. There's I think contests for Seattle City Council as well.
