What an existential dilemma.

Holy unicorn! I've seen like two IS wagons in my lifetime. Although I regularly pass a Jag wagon on my commute.

Speaking for my own tastes: A small wagon gives you 80% of the capability of an SUV with about 1% of the drawbacks.

All the driving dynamics of a car with much more utility, often with no penalty in appearance.

It's based on the platform, and essentially is a car, but they designed it to meet NTHSA truck classifications to raise their CAFE.

Because it's hip to be square. And, nothing is cooler than making something dorky badass.

that's true, it's been long enough since I paid attention to an auto to think about it. Neutral and parking brake it is, it park doesn't work. And yes, supposedly I'm getting a new key (just the key, not the ignition) at some point.

I was going to post something to this effect.

In other news, firefighters are successful in putting out a fire and a lawyer got a reduced sentence for someone who was guilty.

Excellent point. Auto transmissions aren't "in gear" when they're not pumping. Hence the reason for Park in the first place.

I'm not so sure about that kingpin arrangement...

Hi

I thought it was the meatballs.

You can get a real racing kart used for around that. It'll be much more durable and way faster.

I suppose a 130 pound, wispy hipster might enjoy a little tootle around the parking lot, but I guarantee my 14 year old would make kindling out of that thing within an hour.

AWW YEAH.

I hope to never engineer a problem so complex that you had to go to Cal Tech to unwind it.

Sportwagen. We get very similar results under similar conditions, granted I just had $10,000 of warranty work done, but other than that its been a great car.

That graph is extremely interesting, but it would be interesting to see the range of emisions that an EV can have based on the mix of electricity generating methods of different large countries, from the cleanest to the most polluting.

Nope. Most don't leave their Mom's basement anyway.

...wait yeah
