How much do you want for mine? It's high mileage, but drives just fine. It's a blast in the winter with good snow tires, even with the auto and open diff.
I agree, lots of great points in this discussion. As someone starting to work on automatic transmission calibration, it's interesting to see the impact that regulations are having in the industry - there's a growing disparity between real-world and sticker FE, but I believe the industry understands and respects that…
I didn't realize the troll till the third paragraph. 10/10, well done, you made me lol this morning.
If you just rolled your eyes and then slammed your head against your desk, then you and I had the same reaction to this piece in Autoweek that says "Word on the street has Mazda resurrecting the Mazda RX-7, this time as an agile, lightweight, two-seat coupe with a next-gen 250-hp rotary engine."
It means "the good drivers have smashed bugs on their side windows," which is about as badass of a quote as you can get from one of the most badass drivers ever.
"Hello"
MOAR BUGS ON THE SIDE WINDOWS DIE WIRKLICH GUTEN FAHRER HABEN DIE FLIEGEN AUF DEN SEITENSCHEIBEN
"OH SHIT THE FREEWAY HAS A VERY SLIGHT CURVE IN IT I MUST SLOW DOWN TO 30MPH UNDER THE SPEED LIMIT ON A BEAUTIFUL SUMMER DAY THEN WHEN IT GETS ARROW-STRAIGHT AGAIN I CAN SPEED UP JUST AS YOU TRY TO PASS ME" is the thoughts I hear coming from other drivers' heads in the Ann Arbor any time the highway isn't exactly…
Are you making the reference I think you're making?

Probably being used as a turbine speed gauge somehow. If you value your head, you'll not want to over-rev the thing.
Totally awesome, this one. Bursts of laughter, and that Dr. Seuss segment was, well, longer than I expected but very good.
I lol'd
As my primary vehicle for a time, it was nice to be able to (snugly) fit 4 people in the truck, but yeah, any motorcycle (even mopeds sometimes) had to go in diagonally. The benefit though was that I almost didn't even need to tie it down!
I had to do a lot of reading before I understood what you were saying, and found the explanation in the last paragraph of this article: http://www.dailykos.com/story/2013/12/…
It's the steering wheel from the current Frontier...
That 5ft bed is about 3 inches too small for EVERY. SINGLE. THING. I ever needed to haul. No matter, just use the tailgate to jam it in!! I liked my Frontier a lot, but another foot of bed would have been nice. Oh, and an interior from the 21st century, too.
