Taking out the most obvious choices, Datsun/Nissan has an excellent racing heritage. Group A, Group C, JGTC, Super GT, rally, BTCC. You name it, they've been successful at it.
Nissan. Think Skyline GT-R, 300ZX AM car, 240ZX rally cars... you get the drift.
Others will have their own opinions but IMHO it's hard to top this.
