Having been burned by scifi shows before I've refrained from watching this, plus your reviews of it haven't been good. Should I start now? Forgot to say this last week but no Brit would call themselves a Brit, and no Brit would say they had a British accent. You have an English accent, you have a welsh accent, a Scottish accent, or Irish accent. You do not have an amalgamation of all those accents thus creating a British accent, this is an Americanism.

They need to quickly replace that actor. He sounds pretty slow. 'Maaarrrmmm yoou saaaid I'd geeet a liiiiitle siiiiisssttterrr' *Laughs Out Loud*

As a fellow tv watcher what else are you watching. I can accept people not liking this show but if it really is terrible what other bad shows do you watch that this is worse than. Have you seen Grimm? or Once Upon a Time to name a few terrible shows on tv right now.

Agreed. It's not kitchen sink drama level realism. It's gonna be floaty and wispy and hopefully sometimes operatic. The characters will not talk anything like people talk. If you want realism  don't watch a show called smash about musicals which is kind of a musical!

Me too and we're only three episodes in. Most shows would be busy completely sucking and we at AV would still be watching them hoping they turn around at episode 11.

Only a few choice words and phrases were in caps no all of it, if I was saying it out aloud I would have emphasised those words with tone but the internet limits that.It is a bit of a rant though, this show is rant worthy.

This episode DELIVERED! Since TVD sets the bar high these days I can see some people wanting more but not every episode can move at light speed or give us a sweet dose of mythology. This episode was setting shit up!
