That’s pretty unlikely, considering most trailer wheels are 4 bolt and no bigger than 16", whereas most off road vehicles are 5-6 lug and 18". Granted, that’s not a terrible idea. 

The Bronco is only capable of towing 3500 max. The trailer above is that dry. That’s before you add food, drinks, luggage, and camping equipment. You also have to consider the people in the vehicle.
