The proportions of this car suggest it’s much larger than the Cee’d. More in line with an Optima/Sonata... STINGER sized vehicle.

All great race tracks, but terribly punishing on cars and drivers in the summer months. It was 105 and 80% humidity 2 weeks…

A state-of-the-art shopping mall is called the fucking internet. The only malls that are flourishing in Southern California are ones like The Grove, The Americana and one’s like this one https://www.westfield.com/topanga. Which Irwindale’s demographics could not support.

Paint Job... nononono... unless you’re painting a car you don’t care about, you don’t want to go cheap on this. Paint is more than just aesthetic. It’s protects the metal from corrosion.  

I would agree as long as it’s synthetic. But if you have a high revving engine or put a lot of stress on it, I’d disagree. My Miata get’s Motul 8800, but that has 135,000 miles on it and I pretty much only drive it on the track... that’s where high quality really makes a difference.

I’m not saying there aren’t some people that prefer that lifestyle, but most people prefer not living where it takes 45 minutes to drive to the closest restaurant, grocery store or human settlement.

National median income is pointless when you start talking about NYC. A good way to figure that out is to look at median home prices.
