Waking Life has its merits, but Dazed and Confused is much better. Which movie actually says more about life?

I'm feeling verklempt…
Dazed and Confused is infinitely better than Waking Life…. discuss.
You are wise TomWaits - for your taste in music is great. Although, I hope you're not just pandering to the hipster crowd for admiration.
The Kindle is all kinds of awesome. I commuted from Milwaukee to Chicago everyday on the Amtrak for over 2 months - used it everyday. Since moving to Chicago, I live at the end of the Brown Line and work in the Loop. My wife and I switch off using it, but one of us is using it everyday.
"I'm going to call one of her aides and tell her to do Stewart."
Oh it certainly can be. If only comments existed when the Shins albums/ Garden State reviews were released on AVC. I'd like to go back and see the love/hate.
Lost is up there in the top 3, but in my record book, the "best ever" accolade belongs to Arrested Development.
Is all this hate legitimate Shins hate or Zach Braff hate? Hipster backlash? Discuss…
Elvis… "a little more time on the throne."
I see what you did there. Well played AV Club.
I'm with Zack on this one. I think Essau and Smokey are one in the same. When has this show not proven that anything is possible? Just because Essau -Locke was "surprised" hearing about Smokey-Alex, doesn't mean it wasn't him (or it).
Regular or menthol?
If I heard a few of the notes from the music, all the words would come flooding back.

POWER!
A young Jones looks like
Jim Carrey.
@quiktrap…. I think the whole Elder Wand thing will be fairly easy to explain. What is going to be more difficult is quickly explaining why Voldemort chose the items he did to create Horcruxes… especially those of the 4 houses.
I hope your wrong or the next 2 films are going to leave me very disappointed.
Thanks for responding, because now I'm more angry. I forgot about Dumbledore freezing Harry. You're absolutely right there. It changes Harry's motivation. As someone who through the films has eagerly and anxiously run to fight (evidenced once again by the Burrow scene), this scene where he just watches it all go down…
The ending… POSSIBLE SPOILERS.
Genevieve, I'd like to hear your complaints on the ending… I was really bummed that the climax of the film was in the cave, not on the Astronomy tower or fight within Hogwarts. Where was the Order?! I also felt like while everyone was sad at the end, it didn't seem like a very honest…
ET, you are absolutely right, best logo in sports thanks to the "holy shit" factor.
C+ is about right
Oakenfold has fallen off since his prime (Bunkka still rocks), but this album still works - as background music at work, on the commute, or even better - for my long training runs.
