Pixar = lifetime pass?
Is it possible to give a studio a lifetime pass? Cause if yes, then Pixar has earned it.

in my defense, i may or may not have been drunk while writing that original post.

Pixar is jawesome
Outside of Cars (which was still pretty great), Pixar has yet to miss a beat and UP appears to be another shining achievement on their company resume.

Without Lonely Planet…
Sandberg has done little that's actually funny.

I don't think I've read more than one issue - is it still a popular comic for kids?

Probably because they weren't written for online and had to be added after they were originally published in the paper.

Does anyone actually read this comic?
Sure it's a pop culture staple, but does anyone really give a shit?

Pegg McFrosty
With that cast and crew consider me intrigued.

How has no one mentioned this?
Dr Death is a perfect name for Kevorkian - the man looks like the walking dead. Super creepy looking dude.

Everything on that list is unbearable
Except for the puppies. I mean, how can you hate puppies?

Agreed. With the timeliness of the steroid era, a movie has never been needed more.

I was really hoping for more access to British TV. 75% of American tv is just British ripoff.

Hulu paid off?
Did Parliment use taxpayer money for this too?

A lot of hate for Eminem here…
I don't think that Eminem is relevant any longer in the hip-hop/ rap scene, but let's not forget that 10 years ago, Eminem brought a rebirth to the genre and brought with him a whole new audience - suburbia. Say what you will now, but even the AV Club recognized that he brought something

I should clarify that I still intend to see this film, but I was merely commenting that all the love and press that his films get just cause he's Tarantino is overrated.

I agree with Keith. IMO I think the ending made up for a lackluster rest of the film. Instead of winning once again, all hell breaks loose.

QT = Overrated?
I've seen all of QTs movies like many here, but am I the only one who thinks he's overrated? I have no real desire to watch any of his films over again except Pulp Fiction and Resevoir Dogs.

Can you imagine what he'll be like when he's 80?
If he talks this much and in this much detail now, imagine what it'll be like for his grandkids when they ask him what it was like to act with a big dog? At least he has coherent well thought out things to say….

I just re-read Angels & Demons in anticipation of watching the movie, it was entertaining but Brown really writes at a high school level. When I first read DVC, I was very late to the game and having heard how much everyone loved it, I didn't think it was that bad and a very quick easy read. Were I to go back and read

Chelada = beer and lime juice
I was in Mexico about 2 months ago and ordered myself many a Dos Equis (the only beer on tap at the resort). One of the fellow guests in our party told us all to order "cheladas."
