I'm glad Gizmodo is being more level headed than Kotaku. I've been shocked at Kotaku's reaction to it the past few days. Thanks for helping be believe that I'm not crazy for liking the new Xbox so far.

I've seen this in person and there is no difference in perspective. It's not like it's 3D or anything. It's no different than watching someone else play the game on the couch while you're sitting in a chair on the other side of the room.

Ah what's that one with the cavemen? I remember that one, but have never remembered the name!

Getting around in those x-shaped buildings are a pain. I think it was designed that way to optimize window offices and I'm sure other good reasons, but they are the most confusing halls to navigate.

Loving the cherry blossoms.

I love it. It feels similar to Austin with its music scene and the progressive nature of the city. I never was a fan of all the heat, and it's absolutely beautiful here. Plus skiing is just an hour away!

Darn and I just moved to Seattle from there. I guess I'll just have to settle for legal weed and... rainy weather instead. *High five*

Um... I caught it at the end of the camera tests and watched till the end. Didn't like it at all. Vacuum cleaners? Outside? I know you guys had to broaden your audience, but my brother and girlfriend who are not "techies" wanted me to change the channel.

I find this part amusing. They had it right but just the wrong medium:

Psh, I don't have one but my girlfriend does. I personally think the thing makes shitty coffee. This is the only thing I use her Keurig for.

Ah, I wish I still lived in Austin...

Wow, haha it was exactly 2 years ago! Thanks for finding it.

I'm pretty sure I've seen a video just like this at least a year or 2 ago...

Yeah once I saw that I could pay with PayPal my concerns were relinquished.

I'm buying these right now

I actually really like this article and think it is well written. It takes the obvious observation that the Pixel is overpriced and uses it to segue into a much larger observation. I especially like this simile:

Yep, do this.

+1 for EarthBound!

I just got back from snowboarding in Whistler, CA, and while I was waiting in line for one of the gondolas looking at the graphics on everyone's boards I wondered if anyone had made a clear board.
