@martinmatty: They wear jeans and shoes in the game. It's just less noticeable, since everyone always looks at the bad ass duster.

@Afrocass: From what I can tell, there are actually 8. Which still supports your theory that it's BS.

I completely disagree with this.

I always suspected those poor kids at the end of the alphabet would develop problems. It's why I memorized the alphabet backwards, and always do things in reverse alphabetical order when I can.

@Nivenus: I think, generally, the term is used as a marking point. Like, "this was the day of the apocalypse" and everything after it is post-apocalyptic. Even if, such as in the case of Jericho, the bombs falling had residual effects months and years down the road they had to deal with, and things didn't turn

@Chad_Sexington: They are just demonstrating features here, for the most part. It's still a very solid RPG; for example, the sprint and tackle is affected by your stats. If you have a low agility and strength, you won't be able to sprint as long, and when you try and tackle someone, you might end up knocked over

@Khan360: They haven't made a release date for it yet, as they are trying to make sure it will work exactly as intended, but they hope to have it out within the next month.

As Tucker once said, "People learn English all the time, it aren't that hard."

To be quite honest, I've seen some really retarded Gamertags while playing games on XBL. If I had to remember "xXx 1337P1AY3R xXx" or some crap like that, I wouldn't bother friending them at all.

I'm definitely not ready. I'm just barely above flat broke, and can't even begin to afford a new console.

Is Reach really old enough to have 'myths' about it? This is more like a collection of only vaguely useful tips.

@martinf1: I think it has to be playable to be considered a game.

Wow, I never knew about the beta site, and now I wish I had. Just so I could have voiced my displeasure that much sooner. You know that saying, "If it isn't broke, don't fix it"? That's what you're doing here. You're fixing something that isn't broken, and just making it worse in the process.

The transition from brutal stabbings to the peaceful moa is rather amusing.

@kibles: Elites are way more powerful than the Spartan IIIs you play as in Reach. It would be horribly unbalanced to let you play as them in every game mode. There are specific playlists for people who want to play as the Elites, so it's not like they ignored them completely. You're just in the unfortunate minority

@Swanthered: I made it to Brigadier a few weeks ago, and then quit playing. I felt super awesome for a little while, then realized to get to the top rank, I'd have to do everything I'd done before then, EIGHT FREAKING TIMES OVER AGAIN.

@majornougat: You never noticed them fighting with marines? The grunts are pretty damn big. Of course, in the 3 main Halo games, you play as Master Chief, who is a lot taller than the Spartan you play in Reach. That might be where your confusion comes from.

@jacobvandy: Yes, you can still use your iron sights. That is something that you can toggle on or off in the default New Vegas game.

@Make.Sense: They aren't using idTech5. They are using a new engine, that was developed in house for their personal use in Skyrim and future games. No mention was made of how easy it will be to mod for, but they did mention they developed another version of their construction set to build the game, so it's very

@KingSnorky: Some mods only work if you run it through Steam. There are illegal hacks to bypass Steam usage, but the modding community in general takes a very disapproving view of those kinds of hacks, so some of the best mods (this one included) require you to run Steam with the game.
