Suggestion:
if the buyer chooses to take an honest look at their budget and do the math, they won’t be put in a tough spot.
For an establishment that passed “Right to be forgotten” consumer protection laws, this seems like a move antithetical to what they usually do.
having representatives that reflect the population is the role of Congress. The Senate is to give each state an equal platform.
You really like to argue on the interwebnetz, I see.
So your issue is solely that you may see an E9 (or any other rarer vintage car) swapped with an LS? Or do the LS swapped Miatas, 32 Fords, 914s, and 240's bother you as well?
But they have replaced SBCs as the ubiquitous swap-in engine, meaning they appear in Miatas, hot rods, pro-tourers, ‘32 Ford clones, Cobra clones, 914s, 240SX drifters, etc. I fully expect to see an LS BMW E9 any minute.
Well then all joking aside, what exactly is your issue with an LS swap? And I mean your issue with the concept of LS swaps, NOT the fact that some people do them poorly; that argument can be used to hate on literally anything.
It’s just a car, right?
Only if it’s a fedora no one else wears. Wouldn’t want to be mainstream, now would we?
All of 10 minutes before the obligatory hipster comment: “LS swaps are sooo played out.”
Like when we killed Saddam.
This car is a 1 in a million car now. There literally isn’t a car in that condition and miles out there any more.
That’s also why this would be a miserable car to own.
That’s 14,5 USD an hour.
$350 isn’t enough.

That is untrue. Now if you were to say:
Also, If it is the basic car you are interested in, and less so specific trim and badging, I would seriously look into the non-sport versions. Beyond some go fast bits (Which you’d replace anyway) and some trim, The Road Runner is the same basic car as a Satellite/Belvedere/GTX. So you can get effectively what you are…
