Saw this one once. That was enough.

I like "Barry Lyndon." But that's probably more due to Kubrick than O'Neal.
Glad to see someone else is a fan of Lucille Fletcher!
Scorsese just seems like a great guy.
This made me laugh.
I'm always glad to find someone else who liked the Prydain books.
I hated this movie.
"Spaceballs" never worked for me. I liked the "Alien/One Froggy Evening" mash-up the best.
So, just how are we related?
True. "Vertigo"s music is a triumph for Herrmann,
Exactly.
Wow. People who dislike "The Dark Knight" and "Carousel." Were we separated at birth?
I read the novel back in 1980 or so. It was one of my favorite Ballard novels, and I thought it could work as a movie. I'll be interested in seeing this.
Glad to see that someone else really likes "Sudden Impact." I found it a very good neo-noir.
A good write-up of one of Bogie's best films.
I've never seen "Allo, Allo," but I read a review once that said this series was inspired by "The Secret Army," a serious British show about a network of "evaders" in German-occupied Belgium, who helped British pilots who had been shot down get back to Britain.
I really enjoyed this movie a lot. It has a great reputation, and it lives up to that reputation.
I like "The Omen." I saw it when it first came out. I will always remember the doomed goldfish, and I think the shot of Damien on his tricycle inspired Stanley Kubrick when it came time to do "The Shining."
This is one of the best things about "1941" that I have ever read. "Brutally, brutally unfunny." How true.
This is a good one. (I like "Kiss Me, Stupid" too.) It starts a bit slow, but when it takes off, it moves like a rocket. This is a Wilder film that needs rediscovery.
