Thats a lot of money to drive a Fiat 500 loaner most of the year.

Extremely rare? I’d call that extremely well done.

Surprised no one’s brought up this one yet:

Sorry, I had looked up the 328i and Google told me 3360.

No longer leads metric : Decides metric is no longer important.

So much hype around the Dodge Demon and yet this Nissan Maxima is clearly a hell of a drag racer.

Wow, this guy just can’t stop killing people.

Funny you should mention a DSM, I was specifically thinking about the Eclipse GSX I used to have while writing my post. Easy to see on the DSM, since the turbo is right in front of you when you pop the hood.

Kid was desperate for the szechuan sauce. He just couldn’t wait 9 more years.

Good catch: forgot the gauges were grey in those. I called out the Maggie because they seem more commonly installed, and therefore easier to find one so equipped for sale; I vaguely recall a few group buys over the years.

everybody get stepped up. we getta 1 personal space, 2 personal space, 3 stay out of my personal space...

Welcome to German cars where simple problems will cause you to bend over and grab your ankles!

Orange Blast Metallic. As you can see by the name, it does. It looks a bit flat in this picture, but in the sun and in person, it is really nice.

But how much action are you comfortable with in the back end?

So if you’re black, you can’t catch a cab. If you’re a cop, you can’t catch an Uber. If you’re a black cop, you’re getting too old for this sh*t.

The most frustrating part of being car enthusiast is not being surrounded by other enthusiasts with the same lifestyle. A die hard sports fan? They get awesome bars with a 100 screens so they can all get together and watch their favorite thing on tv. They have teams in every major city and get to watch them every week

When friends and family ask me for advice for what car they should buy. I give them several really good, interesting options. Then, they ignore those choices and end up buying a Camry.

A far easier approach is to NOT COUNT unbelted fatalities as auto fatalities. Instead create a new “idiot” category for them. Lumping them in with belted occupants unfairly penalizes the auto industry and leads to idiotic things like automatic seat belts.

All the problems and maintenance costs of a German luxury car with the Japanese luxury car image, or lack there of. Worst of both worlds.
