The CX-50 is easily the best looking CUV in its segment. When it comes to interior and exterior design, Mazda has absolutely been killing it over the last 15 years.

This is easy. My 2015 Fit, Elroy. 10 plus years and I absolutely love it.

Yep. The vehicle is stretched and looks almost comical.

The duality of man.

The choice of replacement vehicle is less important than letting me know when the ‘94 Toyota PU goes up for sale.

Used Toyota Sienna. I would do the drive away from the Rust belt to get something like this.

How is anyone supposed to answer this question without a picture of Hank? While I am sure he is a very good boy, we need to know just exactly how good of a boy he is.

The Ford EcoSport. Who was the target audience for that pitiful thing? They could have just put AWD on a Fiesta and called it a day.

Dodge Caliber:

Fuck this thing.

I never heard of Zeeker, but their designs are kinda funky, sort of like Subaru by way of Tesla. Also they have a car called the 007, which is both awesome and a strong reversal of the whole “Chinese cars have mile-long names” issue.

Being an EN owner as well this is fairly common especially when noobs go through automated car washes. Being the sensor/connector is located underneath the intake manifold can one simply apply a heavy coat of dielectric grease to create a water barrier?

Funny how things like that level of frustration can really trigger you. You’d think watching my dad take two weeks to die of a stroke - slowly losing himself piece by piece, day by day, in front of my very eyes until he withered away to a husk - would be my worst day. But somehow, it wasn’t.

That was a great read Peter, I’m laughing at the situation but with knowing empathy hidden inside.

That will 100% not hold his camping stuff.

I drive one of these. My insurance actually went down when I got it. Love it. Past the 150,000 mile mark now.  Find a good Volvo mechanic to do your regular service - they can spot items before they become major.

128i convertible. Parts appear to be largely interchangeable with other BMWs, and with the NA engine of the 128i (instead of the 135i’s turbo mill) fuel consumption and maintenance should both be more affordable.

Draw a Venn digram of all those things — comfort, safety, FWD, mature, under $15K, reasonable maintenance, Colorado-climate friendly, good road-tripper — and you’ll see this baby right dead set in the middle:

Aren’t they based off of the Lincoln LS, which was based off of a Jaguar S Type? There goes your reliability.

I bet you can find a Buick Cascada with like 75k miles for around $14-15k. It’s FWD and should be relatively cheap to repair. It’ll have crap resale value, but at least it looks better than the Solara.  On the plus side -- no one will know what it is.  When is the last time *you* saw one of these?
