We’ve started keeping the ginger in the freezer. Often we’d buy it for a few dishes then we’d watch it slower shrivel up on the counter. The freezer keeps it fresh for months. Whenever you need it, just grate away and throw it back in. No thawing needed and no waste.
If you use your daily car, how do you handle insurance, I’m assuming your road going insurance won’t cover anything on the track. What consumables do you go through the most, tires? How often to most folks go to track days, a few times a year?
100%, also, why back blindly out into the traffic when you can pull out safely? I don’t have a backup camera so backing in ensures when I pull out I can see oncoming cars.
