That stat should have been unpacked. If he had even repeated it back to her, slowly, he would have seen how it doesn’t pass the smell test. A quick google says 126 police were killed compared to 807 alleged criminals. It takes a lot of alt right gymnastics to wind up with her numbers.

I disagree. i love Jon Stewart as much as anyone, but I think Trevor Noah has done a decent job ... I’m a little surprised he had this zealot on, but not really because he’s mentioned her  before. maybe he got some of these morons to think (a pipedream, I know)

Your theory doesn’t fit the timeline of events. Jon announced his retirement 4 months before Trump announced he was running for president. He’d even named the date for his last show 2 months before the announcement. Jon retired because he contract was coming up for renewal and he was clearly burnt out and unwilling…

I hate her too. But I listened very intently to the show and Trevor is the only person I’ve seen make her squirm. While I wish to hell he would have pushed her much harder, but at least he showed she is all talk and no substance.

Dude. I am a grown-ass man and I’ve had lots of female friends over the years. I credit them with helping me grow into a man and not become a creepy asshole.
