I think we agree on some level. I definitely don’t think Starbucks, from a business standpoint, should be asking anyone to leave: cops, black guys, maids, homeless, anyone.

I suspect you have never read a single SCOTUS case related to the various levels of constitutionally protected classes. Because there is absolutely no reason to grant any occupation a heightened level of protection.

I think you’ll see why asking someone to leave an establishment because of their occupation is problematic.

I agree, generally with this statement.  I think what you describe most people would call dive bars, since there are now many levels and types of bars.
