I'm not really sure you even have a basic understanding of how the volt works... The volt is an electric car with a gasoline generator, which is a far cry from a mild hybrid. Think of it as a gas powered alternator, not as an engine ala Cruze. In that regard, you could probably stretch the meaning a little bit and say

You are never going to convince someone that has been conditioned with "Global Warming is killing the Earth" since 1st grade that it isn't killing the earth.

You don't understand science, do you.

I had written down directions (there's no GPS in this car) to New Jersey's Pine Barrens. Climate change means there are more and more tree-killing beetles down there, and I wanted to see the pines before they're gone.

This video is of the new gen Camaro which is based on the same chassis as the ATS. It should be noticeably lighter than the current gen. Also it should not look out of place there. The current Z/28 is a track monster.

I didn't expect most of the comments to side with the flight attendant... We should be grateful for the sacrifice our soldiers make to preserve our freedom. Hanging his jacket would have been a small and kind gesture... Policy or not!

That's not why this race should be cancelled, it should be cancelled because of Putin invading Ukraine.

Engineer here.

here in America we have 18 wheeler semi trucks delivering goods to every corner of the country. Have you seen one take a right turn in a 12 foot lane? Not everyone drives shitty micro cars. Perhaps you would feel more at home in Italy riding a scooter so you can feel the wind on your vagina.

The biggest threat to pedestrians is themselves - looking at their phone.

Step 1. Enter IMSA with a barely competitive car

To be fair, they 'got the car to perform' with the help of Balance of Performance adjustments. They had the fastest car at Mosport and threw it away on a driver error. They got help from the series, probably hoping Dodge brass would see the performance pay dividends.

I wonder the same thing. Im a big guy and like to sit over the steering wheel(as opposed to the "im cooler than you" slump seating position). In my G8 my right knee is a good 3-4" from the key. I dont honestly know how you could hit the key without doing it intentionally.

I'm thinking the opposite: I'd rather have a guy in charge who actually experienced driving crazy cars with massive power in an era with terrible safety, not to mention almost died himself and has to live with a disfigured appearance to this day because of it. He has himself put his life on the line and faced terrible

I'm a taller guy at 6'2, and often can't put my seat back far enough to avoid having my knees up near dash space. Usually it leads to more issues with the steering wheel than ignition switch, but something else you notice is that your front-seat passenger will tend to move the seat as far forward as they can so

The real issue won't be that you beat your opponent in the drag race... But they'll have to see the hideous rear end design of the new Mustang.

I think when people complain about how F1 should be expensive and have a lot of development, they forget that pay drivers are a direct result of F1 costing a lot of money, and arguably they hurt the sport a lot more than the idea of a cost cap or customer chassis.
