When I took my still stock Jeep up Engineer Pass I thought the same thing.

All because this applies more than ever.
Not nessisarily, I've owned Fords and they did ok but I have moved around. I go for the best bang for the buck and but I tend to stay American since I have friends that work on cover the U.S. market.
Si
Sometimes I look at these tests and I just see some asshole coming up with moving goal posts. It's like they're making tests for the one in a million type accidents.
Fun is a perspective and for me pulling a paddle is all the same to me as is mashing a pedal and pulling a lever. For me I want to know that the vehicle is at its absolute best and that will bolster my confidence which makes my experience more fun.
I can select gears as well in my auto. Save for the ones already discussed it all comes down to personal preference, there's nothing to be discussed when it comes to that.
Yes and that's why every major motorsport besides fuckin NASCAR uses a manual....oh wait that's backwards..just like manuals
Well I went all over the Ouray area with it and down Black Bear into Telluride so I'm going to say it's pretty capable on it's own.
Well after doing some looking the only difference in the gear ratio for 4 low was a 38 for a manual and 36 for an auto. That doesn't seem to be a great deal of difference and even more so I'm more likely to drive around the boulder versus going over it.
Well considering GM did it for 2 models of the same car the Corvette I'm sure if Ford built it engineers would use it. I'm sure GM will offer it in the Camaro and Chevy SS if not in 2015 soon their after.
You let your shit get that out of whack that you need to push start it?
Yes.
Why in the t-total hell would someone want a manual in a Jeep? This love affair for the stick has now jumped the shark. The only reason to put a manual in a Jeep is to get the extra gear to save on gas. If you wanted to save gas why in the hell did you buy a Jeep?
This would be better if it had a faster gearbox. I mean hell if GM can build a tranny that can shift faster than a PDK what the hell is Ford's excuse?
it's a lot of bypassing, more than I'd be comfortable with.
Go try a 2015 Wrangler before they screw up the chassis and lose the live axles
1. Oh the old ones are still wistfully spoken of by Jeepers, like an old girlfriend.
