I don’t get any of it. Why shouldn’t they be able to play sports or watch TV?
Solitary confinement as it is currently used is psychological torture. No one familiar with the study of human psychology, and the reality of humans as a social animal, can possibly think that solitary confinement is anything but a horrific and counter-productive tool.
They could just be part of that weird group of internet start-up people who somehow have reached adulthood with no desire for personal privacy, no desire to keep any parts of their lives separate, and without ever experiencing anything negative on the internet or in the real world at all.
I love a good cioppino, but I am wondering if it would be more appropriately classified as a stew. I think goulash is stew, too.

Miso soup is divine. And gumbo is more of a stew then a soup.
I had a delicious vegetarian ramen dish in an NYC restaurant last (?) year. Never expected to have avocado in my ramen, but it was incredible.
