This whole Tillerson imbroglio pinpoints what I think is a pretty serious problem for the Trump admin - none of the main players in the administration actually respect the man on top.

Unfortunately, I’d bet it was a staged event by the local authorities who know sucking up to Trump is the best way to get help for their communities.
