While I mostly agree that there is a process involved with getting the games onto VC, I doubt there is a whole lot of work involved with getting the games to run properly. I'm pretty sure this is where they are going to fail. They haven't complained about anyone else using their creations. I have a feeling that lack of prior complaints will stop this from going anywhere.
