As mentioned both in the article, and well as visible in the video, the truck signals long in advance. You’d have to have the reaction time of a rock to not notice it was intended on changing lanes. The system (And apparently the driver) just didn’t seem to notice, or care. Neither of which are particularly inspiring.

In her case, AutoPilot probably saves a life or two every time she gets behind the wheel.

Well, yes an no. Modern firearms theology says to keep your guns locked up when not in use, but that is far from a universal agreement.
