Two things can be true at the same time, Ellen's career has been inspiring and groundbreaking for many LGBTQ+ and she happens to be a terrible boss, the criticism is well deserved folks. 

Yeah, no, that makes no sense. This isn’t about “cancel culture” or whatever the hell. Ellen tried to hire non-union workers and her show had major labour problems and documented issues of racism. That needs to be rectified.

Ellen deserves all the bouquets for being a pioneer, for opening doors for gays, for her hard work, talent and perseverance in making it in Hollywood.
