This is pretty common in the cycling community, for good or bad. I’ve learned (the hard way) testosterone and cars do not mix well and very rarely have I won that argument. Then again, when you’re in a group of 50 or 100 riders...well...it’s a different story, usually.

The above figures are not all that accurate. Lived in 10 of the cities above- if you can believe that. I couldn't. They're a bit high in some places and a bit low in others. Phoenix is low. San Francisco is correct'ish. Los Angeles is low...San Jose is low... Pittsburgh is high...etc...etc...

Hyundai is making good stuff now. Bought an Elantra for my first GF back in ‘00, then a Santa Fe, e’hem, for “her” in ‘01. They’re still kicking. No problems. Funny, I’ve kept track of the cars and not the girl. Too bad she too didn’t come with a 10 yr./100k warranty. I would have lemoned her!
