Well that's a bit different to what he claimed yesterday.

Optional DRM is different to no DRM.

EDIT: A misunderstanding in wording. I assume he means things like online passes when I thought he meant more a system enforceable DRM.

What story? Some black shit invades Disney stories and you have to save them. It isn't rocket science.

Wow Kotaku, I honestly didn't notice this before but your commenters are really...boorish.

Oh no. Enthusiasm. How awful.

The info is already out, for the most part. People just like to whine and complain. It's understandable to be opposed to the new DRM system, but people need to start thinking a bit more.

Heres a Halo trailer. A kill instinct trailer. A TitanFall trailer. A Dead Rising 3 trailer. A Forza 5 trailer. And a shit ton of other trailers. Dont play that bullshit. You people asked for games. They showed them.

Oh what's that? I'll be too busy playing Lords of Shadow 2 at that point to give a care about the Xbox One or anything else for that matter.

Hey guys? Pack it in. Rexpane has told me what I can and can't like or be nostalgic about. His discerning taste had rendered all other opinions obsolete.

I'm just going to sit here and wait for him to weigh in baby back ribs. (Please they're delicious, please they're delicious, please they're delicious...)

In short: Denis Dyack is rather infamous for his ego and arrogance, for saying some rather ill-advised statements and arguments towards his own fans during criticism of Too Human, for numerous reports of poor management and games that succeeded in spite of him but not because of him, of stealing other people's game

it looks lovely, and heck if I had the money, I'd prolly pick one up, but gaming laptops just seem...eh to me. Building a comparable (or better) desktop PC would be cheaper, and while the laptop does over mobility where the desktop doesn't, I don't think anyone will really have the chance to get a solid gaming session

I really loved this game's aesthetics, and its core mechanics are sound. However, the pacing is terrible, mainly due to repetitive encounter after encounter of the same trash mobs over and over again. The platforming and boss battles were pretty good, though, so overall I would say the title is a decent game marred by

I think, if anything, Double Fine continues to set a good example with their interaction with Kickstarter. They truly believe it can be a direct and independent way to get games made, and if there's anyone I'd trust with a project like this, it would be the people at Double Fine.

Metal Gear Solid came out in 1998. That seems like 15 years to me.

What are you talking about? Microsoft hasn't "tripped up", did you completely miss the article about how used games will have NO FEES for the Xbox One? It allows used games, you buy the game at Gamestop or whatever, used, and you can play it when you get home without paying anything except what you paid at Gamestop.

I really enjoyed it. Daft FUNK all the way.

All of the JRPGs I've enjoyed, I haven't played for plot or art style. I've always enjoyed ones that give me dense, complicated skill, customization or crafting systems; something that's been woefully uncommon in western games in the past decade. The fact that many of them are from Japan is incidental.

So it took him almost 19 years to make this series, but did he even come close to the conclusion? Or is he going to make a slapdash ending montage of photos of real teenage girls in Japanese society talking about their insecurities?

How about HTC One is ...already a thing? I am getting confused, is XBOX One a Phone? Is it a gaming system? Is it a linguistics translating device/calculator? I'm so confused.

I loved that game. Especially the hidden dark side. Who the fuck lets you destroy a creature and have the parents eat its candy? That's fucked up.

A man can dream, right?
