Cadillac's ability to make itself seem more luxurious and special is probably hampered by the fact that you can still walk into a Cadillac-GMC dealership in North Bumfuck, Ohio.

Volvo redblock. I sold my old Redblock car with 309k on the clock. Stock bottom end, stock top end. Never even had the manifolds taken off. 30 year old engine. The new owner of the car slapped a turbocharger on it and has been driving it happily for around a year with no issues.

I work at a Honda dealership and I would avoid a new Fit. And an old Fit. And Hondas in general.

The thing is that the car is actually very small to start, and pretty squidgy near the limit as-is. If they even consider giving it anywhere near 360hp, they need to couple that with a much more prominent stance, and more rubber.

I've long claimed that I would love to drop a K24 Si motor in to a Fit and do it with all the HFP stuff and badge it as an Si.

I spend nearly $200/mo on a car payment, and an easy $60-$100/mo on gas. If I paid $200/mo on a lease payment and saved that $100/mo in gas, that's a no-brainer.

The way I see it, this is a German super sedan with a dickload of power for a 1993 Mercedes, meant for cruising at high speed while you're getting road head.
