I am totally okay with it. A salesman fired from a dealership based on bullshit surveys is better off somewhere else. It hurts in the moment, it’s traumatic as hell - believe me, I know - but ultimately he’s better off somewhere else.

As a dealership employee who’s pay is affected by surveys let me tell you a few things that absolutely piss me off:

pro tip: if you want me to rate your product or service highly...DO NOT ASK ME TO GIVE YOU A HIGH RATING. I’m going to be super critical of anything if you solicit high marks. I know its not directly related but it sure seems to happen more and more with these and other similar surveys.
