Maybe the solution is to have bigger vehicles that can carry more people in one go through the tunnel. If it’s really high volume, maybe link the larger vehicles together in a chain so that they all travel at once all at the same speed.

If only we had the technology to transport larger groups of people, perhaps in linked carriers, from one stop to the next in a loop. Maybe we could use some sort of guiderail to ensure that it goes where it is supposed to. But I guess that technology is well beyond us, so we will have to put cars into narrow tunnels…

Only an American could describe a 4.6m / 15ft car as ‘little’ - in Europe, all the reviews say how they think it is a big car.  In Australia, the reviews usually say the hatchback appearance makes it seem smaller than it actually is close up.

Without digging into the specifics it doesnt pass my smell test because if the story is to be believed, why would they strip the paint? It should still be black.
