UGH, Kardashian. It’s a disease.
UGH, Kardashian. It’s a disease.
Exactly. I don’t know why we really get a bad name. It’s slow, gets shitty mileage, was designed in the 70’s, isn’t overly reliable, costs a mint to own, but I do love my G-Wagen and I am not an asshole. Maybe my Miata balances the asshole-quotient?
Ronin. Best car chases, in my opinion.
I fly out of there at least 40 times per year, usually more like 50... it’s more the ground traffic. I’ve been stuck on the tarmac for 90min recently just sitting in place in a plane traffic jam.
If only flying into and out of Chicago was actually easy, haha... I fly out of ORD 2x per week on average. Sometimes the runway delays are hideous. The views are pretty amazing though.
Wow, digging really deep (pun) to fill the weekend posts, eh? This is common sense. It could have been caught in a reef, floated in other configurations than how it was found, etc. I mean, sure the ID plate is missing... but so is the rest of the F**KING plane. *rolls eyes*
OK, so just for giggles I downloaded this app and tested it at my home. I have a tiny little quad-copter drone with a camera. I don’t think it could even fly to 400 feet, if I am honest. Still, there is a medical center across a large cemetery from me that has two helipads and the approach pattern for the hospital…
One word: adrenaline.
I am literally stunned. Stunned at the driver’s response, and stunned at the rider’s handling of the situation. Wow. This could have gone all kinds of crazy.
All true, but how is that relevant? They were updated versions of their respective platforms as well but didn’t have the crash issues that the J-body had.
Holy.Shit.
Legally, none. Not for sale in the US, thankfully.
Star in a Reasonably Priced Car.
True. Quiet on the road also, very quiet.
I’d LOVE to add comment to this... the original platform that this car is a J-body GM that was released in 1981. Yes, 1981. Can you imagine driving a brand new vehicle that was designed to a price in the 80’s all the way forward to 2005??? By GM??? Plus, even the 2005 versions are mostly gone in the rust belt... long…
Yes, particularly the 3 and the Protege before it. Miata’s that are year-long drivers in the rust belt are all but rusting away too... but so many people put them away that there are still a lot around. I truly think Mazda uses “gram strategy” on it’s sheetmetal.
Totally true. And that fan used to fail because it would suck up plastic bags and debris from the road causing failures. Ask someone that knows. (meaning me)
I think earlier comments clear this up, but at least in my NC version the suspension and LSD bits were an option. The website lists the GT as Club features PLUS the luxury features. I personally bought the GT, but added the Xenon and the suspension packages so that it was a ClubPlus, LOL
I was there yesterday... great race, but otherwise fairly boring racing overall... last year, Tudor was amazing at RA... this year, huge gaps between races, so much down time it made for a long day of not much going on. Sad.
Once again... Motor Trend agrees... Miata is Always The Answer. #LongLiveTheRoadster ...
