Before we bought a Durango R/T in 2014, we specifically looked into if an SRT variant is around the corner. Andrew hit the nail in the head, in that Durango doesn’t pretend to be have offroad capability at all. The R/T is fast and nice, but faster will be nicer.

I’m right there with you. They’re great while they work. The dealership experience can be poor, the engine/transmission probably won’t strand you, but any nice “features” and auxiliary systems will probably be loaded with issues. When issues arise, no matter how much you spent on your car, you will be in a Dodge…

Auto insurance guy here. Turo should not and would not be involved in the valuation process outside of possibly verifying the value. The adjuster will assess the car “conservatively” and will view the terms of the policy to see if coverage is in place.
