I think anything with a GVWR of 10k or less should be considered a car. Once you get above that, it is likely a truck and even more so if used for commercial purposes.

These things are great for punking people. You can pop the cab forward from the exterior (there are no interior controls for it) and sit back and watch the driver go WTF? We have quite a few of these at work and I still love messing with them!

A little known secret in the moto world but well known in aviation is the use of ACF 50. Apply it on exposed metal and it helps protect against corrosion. I also ride most of the year (down to 28°F) and use ACF to protect the bike. Give a good clean come spring and it’s like I didnt even ride all winter!

And I can confirm this is indeed possible with a lot of diesels (cars/wagons, that is). I had an Opel Insignia Sportwagen with a 2 litre diesel and it did about the same mpg’s (and at that speed).
