Another thing to mention is that if you sold that car that had GAP, more times than not you can inform the GAP provider and get a prorated portion of the premium back. I'd like to see active light technology become standard - headlights turn with the wheel, self-level when you put a bunch of fatties or dead bodies in the back of the vehicle.
