Okay, we'll I've never ever seen scenario two happen but thanks for your input.

Yeah, the thing that I think gets lost (and don't get me wrong, I LOVE Louie) is that the only reason Louis CK or Vince Gilligan are given that sort of creative control is because that's what brings in the money right now.

When and where did I say that I don't watch TV? I just don't act like long-winded pontificating about Breaking Bad or Community is anything more than meaningless nonsense meant to be a distraction, while slick TV executives rake in the dollars because they know exactly how to feed us "hard-hitting" and "edgy"

What did I say that was self-important or judgmental?

Yeah, that's kind of what I was thinking. I understand that those kinds of self-righteous proclamations can be irritating, but that self-righteousness isn't really effective unless the person on the receiving end already has some unaddressed shame about the situation.

Why are people so threatened by people that don't own TVs? Is it because deep down you feel some shame about basing so much of your personality and lifestyle around a fantasy world that is funded and carefully crafted by for your consumption by huge corporations?

This list needs more of Steve Austin opening a can of audio whoop ass.
