Jalopnik used to be a really awesome website about cars. Seriously, can you stop it with the NASCAR already? Maybe 1 story a month, not 16 per day. NASCAR is not interesting at all.

Fantastic article. Thanks! This is one of the most interesting and informative articles I’ve read here in quite some time. So glad this was not about NASCAR!

You will be ok! I did a similar thing doing an engine-in bearing replacement on my Saab. While it was not an issue of using the wrong bearings, I did manage to install them backwards. I even cranked the engine and got to see the whole car shudder violently for a few turns before those bearings clamped the drive shaft

This doesn’t address the problem that the game is now broken. They would have needed to address the crazy exploiting that allowed players to get months ahead and fully kitted in end-fame gear in a matter of days. Now those people who have effectively finished the game have nothing to do but roam the dark zone straight

Company that copies naming scheme of other electric car company decides to also build giant battery factory in Nevada, has yet to even show a prototype and is always in danger of losing funding each week. So comfortable, confident, and lovely they are. Unfortunately everything you cannot see is made of die-cast metal. I doubt the actual door would fall off, but the door handles absolutely will. I'd buy one though.

I did not have equity when I turned in a Cooper hardtop a year early, but the trade in I agreed to was almost flush with the buy-out. Those cars have quite good value retention though and I'm sure it would be a different story had it been a Chrysler Seabring or a Chevy Malibu. The couple hundred bucks difference was

This is not a Viggen. This is a 2001 SE convertible and you can have this car all day long in the wretched condition pictured for $2000.

saw one of these coming off a flatbed in front of the Lamborghini dealership in SF 4-6 months ago. My only thoughts were: 1. I forget how rich these tech bros can get. 2. You can get a Pagani at a Lamborghini Dealership?
