This is my neighborhood. Being part of the hoa is mandatory. Why someone would buy a house that has that is a better question. Yea his new recon mode and healing while moving are both great and make it so he may be viable in more situations but his ironclad is way too much. I think they could just remove it or lower the percentage by a lot and it would be fine.

I’m not sure in 3v3 you’ll get to experience the true new bastion. His ironclad skill is op as hell. And with a rein, mercy, Ana and d.va pocketing him forget about it. That combo with a soldier is the new meta. Offense and defense on every map every time except king of the hill maps

I don’t know about with their other games but they’ve done a pretty great job with overwatch. This bastion buff was bad and the second round of d.va buffs that recently got rolled back were a bit much but overall it’s been pretty damn good
