What is the best PS2 emulator? I bought BLACK a while back and it really seems to be showing it's age. I've got a pretty powerful PC (Phenom II X4 955 @ 3.8GHz, GTX 460, 4GB RAM) and I want to be able to run it higher res.

So it relies on clock speeds... Good thing my Phenom II X4 955 is running at 3.8GHz!

@kent clark: I would've prefered a new burnout too. Perhaps with cars splitting it two like what was originally planned for Burnout 5 (Before it was called Paradise)

This has to be the worst optimised game ever. The graphics are (intentionally) terrible, yet it uses 96% of my GTX 460. WTF?
