I never noticed that median cross. I live in a desert and have no knowledge of water more than an inch deep.

I live in a desert, so excuse my lack of experience with water more than an inch deep. I really did think there were no alternatives.

What, do you propose just stopping? Turning around on a one way street? Pulling off to the side where it is currently flooding?

Haha, I meant one of the 4.

Um, you’re asking if it is possible to hydroplane all 4 wheels? That defies ‘control’, as hydroplaning means all four wheels will lose contact with the ground. I believe what will happen is, after a bit, one of the tires will stop hydroplaning before the other 4 and that immediate friction will cause the car to spin

That is possible!

1) It looks like the driver hydroplaned; left wheels still had grip while right wheels floated, so she spun right.

Um, why so hostile? I never disagreed with you. I think the cost of AAA is worth it too. I just said the cost for the tow should be included, I don’t know what it works out to not what AAA costs. I have roadside assistance as part of my warranty package and I’ve used it twice already for unlocking my door.

You really need to include the cost of the tow! Also assume people with a daily driver like this loses a half day of work, or about $60 to $100 if we assume they aren't salaried, on top of the repair.

If they mean Witness style over world puzzles, I'm in!

Oh! I didn’t even notice I had picked the base when building my car.

I thought I had made that comment already, but it looks like maybe it never got submitted. Civic LX with Sense package is $22k, the same as Mazda3 with similar (not identical) technology.

Because you’re not ready to spend $27k, and only want to spend $22k? The Mazda 3 doesn’t have heated leather seats, for example, but you can get blind spot monitoring, cross traffic alert, BT phone integration, and auto-dimming mirror for $22k.

If you want more technology, sure, you’ll pay for it. But if you need a

For those in the market for a Civic, though? More apt is the $21k Mazda 3 or $24k Mazda 6!

Right. So the issue is how comfortable you are, not the girl, with this car.

That’s the problem. If you don’t like the car then you can’t really judge a girl that likes that car!

Yup! If you throw it at someone and they die, it counts as a weapon.

What? A girl that likes that car is a keeper. It must be you that is damaged.

They are when you aim it at someone and floor it. Screwdrivers are also weapons when you use it to stab an eye out. You can try to argue in this case that the car shouldn’t be considered a weapon, except that in this case the car was a very effective battering ram. So a battering ram that happens to be used as a couch

It looks a cross between a Corvette and a Countach, and people love to hate?
