in the game defense, the the itagaki street series is developed by square enix, the first game was released on the ps2 like 7 years ago. the UI is all Square enix fault.

I pirated MGS2 Substance for the PC, after I finished it, I brought MGS Twins Snakes, Metal Gear Solid 2 (ps2), Metal Gear Solid Essential Collection, MGS4, and a PS3 only for MGS4. so, in my case Piracy lead to a sale.
