I used to teach this play when I was actually teaching freshman literature. It’s AMAZING. I am super excited they have made a film version because it is so freaking good.

Apparently they just hang them up and re-use them until they are disgusting. I always thought you were supposed to launder them and haven’t ever heard of re-using them before this thread.

It might be where you live that makes it drying. I’ve always thought it makes my skin feel much softer.

I remember one of my co-workers (a male teacher in his early 40s at the time, married, with two kids, one a teen girl) mentioning how close to 18 they were getting. Freaking skeevy as fuck. I recently saw a FB meme that said “Aggressively waiting for her to turn 18 isn’t any less creepy.” YUP.

Yeah, when everything from Shreveport to Tallulah and all the way down to Columbia flooded in March, I don’t think it got more than a blip on the national news, if that. Who cares why she does it if it gets people to do something.
