I don’t know why you’re mystified at the inclusion of graham crackers in the dish. Breadcrumbs are a common binder in beef/pork meatballs; it just happens that the slightly sweet and nutty graham crackers play off the ham in the meatball better than panko or saltines.

Again, no fucking duh that a tip is needed. But when you boil it down, the question is asking whether the tip on the check is sufficient or not. It seems it usually is, which wasn’t clear before.

I think this was a good, legitimate question. It didn’t sound like the person was trying to get out of tips, just who exactly they should be tipping. Knowing that tips are pooled and the chefs get a cut at these places is nice to know. I only need to tip in one location, but I could tip in two. 

You should make it a LOT more clear immediately that this isn’t a James May video.

Gonna agree with the others on this one - the lighting in these pictures is garbage. What’s this? A flash of red in a sea of darkness? A metaphor for my love life?

Has more to do with him shooting the photos in direct sunlight. The interior shots are shadowed and useless. Should’ve waited until late afternoon imo.
