probably around the same age. IIRC, rebels starts around 5 ABY, so the characters probably range from about luke/leia's age to about han's age.

the NJO was terrible. It made me quit reading the novels for the better part of a decade.
There was a very good, practical reason for the canon hierarchy. When what we now call the EU novels started, the authors were hamstrung by one very important plot point- they weren't allowed to know who Luke and Leia's mother was. In "reality," Luke and Leia would have asked the force ghosts during the post death…
yes. Being set when it is, it is very accessible, and well paced. You should also read scoundrels, by zahn. It is a good old fashioned heist story, set between 4 and 5.
my best guess is yes. I havent read honor among thieves yet, but I read razor's edge and I see no reason why it shouldn't be.
erm... No. They created rebels because clone wars ran it's course. The press release states that clone wars and rebels are just as canon as the movies now.
the luke novel was originally concieved as the third novel in a series called empire and rebellion, set between eps 4 and 5. The first two, razor's edge (leia-centric) and honor among thieves (han-centric) are already out.
Actually, according to my reading of the press release, the clone wars cartoon is very much considered canon.
c'mon. Callista was one of the low points of the EU.
My guess is they will be getting rid of everything post-ROTJ.
i always assume they drive Scouts.
religion.
Yeah, but you know you'd ride one if you could.
I've literally driven medium duty trucks with easier clutches, and bass boats with better handling.
The people voting for the fox body mustang must be the people who are lucky enough to have never had the misfortune of driving one.
Something can be intended for mass popular consumption and still be considered art.
6 inch body lift = CP. Shows that the truck has been cheaped out on by someone who doesn't have much regard for safety.
