I think technology (and the gig economy) is also enabling an individualistic mindset. We can reach out across the world for companionship, help, loans for a project, fresh vegetables and ride and have any of them arrive at our door. The solutions to a lot of problems are easily acquired.

Just like in real life, we want our boys to do their best, go and fight for our country. But the second they are out of the military, fuck them. Fuck funding the V.A. Fuck their prosthetic legs. Fuck their “whiny manby panby PTSD boo hoo, my feelings” that literally drives them insane to kill themselves, or sometimes…

In my opinion, we can never express our thanks loudly or often enough for the heroic actions of all the notaries who have sacrificed everything for this country.
