I think this is an excellent lesson example of “cutting your nose off to spite your face”. Uzi Nissan had every legal right to the nissan.com domain, however digging in his heels and fighting endless legal battles was not the right thing to do for him.
While I’m glad he didn’t let Nissan bully him, I feel that he was also super foolish. He could have easily negotiated to sell the domain for several hundred thousand, or even a few million. He would have still stuck it to Nissan and made out.
Jesus what is that the cancer drags? I got consumption and several other victorian era diseases just watching that.
