Austin is to become a sanctuary city in February. Greg Abbott, our fearless leader in Texas, is threatening legislation to remove the Travis County Sheriff from office due to her platform that Austin will be a sanctuary city.

I got my second tattoo because of this movie. I was 21, and the movie just touched me oh-so-much. I left the movie theater, went down to 6th street, had two lemon drop shots at I think Cheers Shot Bar, then went upstairs to River City Tattoo. I selected a gorgeous Chinese symbol, and put it on my right lower hip.

I understand. That’s a big part of the reason I’m not on ANY social media anymore. Easier to preserve friendships. They aren’t going to change my mind, and I’m not going to change theirs.
