What a clean split. What should be understood is this car will still maintain the same energy efficiency and reliability as other EV’s for a long time, and therefor $15.5k for an ev that looks funky and drives pretty decently is always gonna be a NP in my book. It has one of the worst powertrains in the industry, is less fuel efficient than these two, the back seats are still barely usable,and the interior is cheap and ugly.

The Veloster N has already been tested at a 0-60 time of 5.2 seconds and 13.5 second 1/4 mile from Car and Driver, so it slips in between the GTI an R in quickness. The GTI is also a bit heavier. So there’s no use arguing about WHP now.

Honda probably has the most fun to drive lineup of any full size car manufacturer, though this commercial is ironic considering the insight is one of their more boring cars. 

Ok can we put to rest that kei cars ONLY exist in Japan? Suzuki altos and others dominate the streets of Pakistan and India, two also sizeable car markets. Not all of those are technically kei kars but they’d sure as hell pass the standard.
