Not necessarily, just poor design and no fire suppression system. A few CMU walls to separate the collection would’ve helped too, but seems they didn’t put the money where it needed to be spent.

Never mind, I saw the others similar comments. Stupid kinja comments

Yeah, it’s still Justin property at the end of the day. And if they were like you kids, then maybe a little fire protection for them. But yeah, I love my cars, but not more than my kids.

Or an FM 200 system same as we use in data centers. Doesn’t wreck electronics and kills a fire pretty damn quick. But a proper wet sprinkler system should deliver enough water to fight pretty much any type of combustible short of jet fuel. I mean we use foam in the aircraft hangers, but that’s it normally.

Am I the only one that thinks a 2. Something million dollar collection of cars should maybe be in a sprinklered garage? I mean it’s not too much to add sprinklers to a storage building. I mean they could’ve gone all FM200 on it too, but that’s probably overkill.

And you don’t think the union had anything to do with you being offered those benefits? Many of the work norms we benefit from today are a direct result of union bargaining for others in the workplace, and once they have those benefits, that become the norm that other companies must now work to meet or exceed to get

At least the Nissan workers had a chance to vote. This action reads like it’s a preemptive move to get rid of the union supporters before they can get to a vote. If it gets to the point they get a vote, and pass on it, then so be it, at least they’d have an opportunity to vote.

But windshields see a lot greater stresses and debris, but tend to hold together without turning into a mess of flexible glass stick to plastic. Seems like it would fix the exploding car full of Glass issue.

Why not use laminated glass instead of tempered?

I’ve had real good results from my Discount Tire guys. They use a torque stick to run the lugs on, then torque wrench to finish. I don’t think I’ve had an issue with them, and I’ve been there at least 40 times over the past 15 years for my cars and others cars. That’s how I just can’t fathom how a Tire place could

I had one of those times trying to get a ball joint nut off. I had loosened the nut, then spun it back on so it wouldn’t pop apart when I broke the taper seat. I proceeded to separate the joint, but then couldn’t spin the nut off anymore as the joint spun round and round. It tried all different manner of ways to

How does this happen at a Tire place? I mean, that’s their only job, how tough is it to get something a step simple as lug nuts right? I’m baffled.

I would take that 42k and buy the lowest mileage second gen CTSV. It’s a much better car. I had a first gen and it was great, but the second gen was much much better. And 42k will get you a nice one.

We love our Pacifica van, definitely a nice place to spend some seat time on family trips.

A redline a day keeps the mechanic away.

It would seem that if the police didn’t bother folks for the modded cars and just concentrated on the dangerous activity, then maybe it would go better. Also, if the businesses embraced the event, it might help things as well. And littering and all that crap, I don’t know, maybe get some additional waste baskets and

Is that chrome unibrow as ugly in person as it is in the photos?

Now playing

I was thinking the same thing, per Jeremy Clarkson.

That’s one ugly fusion.

In your part of the country, that may be true, however, there are still plenty of areas that are not so integrated. And just because your neighbors might be of differing backgrounds. It doesn’t change he fact that this country is still biased towards benefiting the rich white male. It doesn’t make it right, but
