I had that bumper cover off and on so much on that car, that I could do it without even lifting the car. my problem was the ballasts for the hids, so the housings had to come off. Then the other big fix was to wet sand and clearcaot the housings after years of uv damage.

I think it comes down to the applicator in all situations. A good applicator can do either product and get a good result, and on the flipside, a shitty application will leave you worse off than without it.
